The effective tool design will provide enough material to eventually achieve the perfect shape while still achieving the perfect amount of thickness.

Another great advantage of using deep draw hydroforming is that you will not have to take any extra steps in processing. Complex parts that are acceptable for deep draw hydroforming will generally be the parts that will be too difficult and too costly to produce when you using other processes.
